Accessing WAGER Data Collections

WAGER Collection External Access Policy [0.1MB, PDF] This three-page document details the approved Access Policy for WAGER Data Collections.

WAGER Data Collection External Access Request Form [0.3MB, PDF] Researchers requesting access to the WAGER data collections must complete a WAGER Data Access Request Form in accordance with the guidelines listed in the above Access Policy. This one-page application may be filled in electronically, printed out and posted back to WAGER. Alternatively, you can save the completed form and email it to the WAGER Manager.

Accessing WAGER Study Support Services

Expression of Interest Form [0.3MB, PDF] Researchers requesting access to the WAGER study support resources in support of a new or ongoing study must complete a WAGER Expression of Interest Form in accordance with the guidelines listed in the above Access Policy. This one-page application may be filled in electronically, printed out and posted back to WAGER. Alternatively, you can save the completed form and email it to the WAGER Manager.

Dispute Resolution
